Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions and select Tuwa to manage or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Open Tuwa, go to Profile > HealthKit Permissions, and tap Authorize HealthKit Access. Tuwa reads HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and other metrics from Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura, and Garmin via HealthKit.
Use Log > + to start from a saved template, or open My Programs from the Log screen to create and edit templates. Templates make repeated sessions faster to run while still letting you adjust volume and exercises based on recovery and recent training history.
Sign out in the app via Profile > Sign Out, then email us at hanwenma09@gmail.com to request full data deletion from our servers.
The recovery score is calculated from HRV, resting heart rate, sleep duration, and your wellness check-in. If data seems off, check that your wearable synced to Apple Health recently. The score improves in accuracy after 7+ days of data.
